Employment Opportunity Center (EOC) —Wheaton, IL

The EOC is a Job Training Program designed to equip and empower young adults (18-24 years of age) to pursue employment and career goals through paid work opportunities, coaching, supportive case management and career exploration.


The Driver transports participants in the Employment Opportunity Center to and from work.  Currently work sites for all participants are in Carol Stream, Warrenville and surrounding area.

Other responsibilities include effective coordination with EOC staff to identify transportation needs, the development of supportive relationships with program participants and recognizing the need and opportunity to be a role model to participants.


Ability to meet all driving requirements including age 21 or over, good driving record, valid IL driver’s license, and current auto insurance. A desire to support young adults in their efforts to grow job and academic skills as they progress through the employment program. Highly dependable and punctual.


Part-time position at approximately 20 hours per week. Schedule encompasses Monday – Friday, 6:30-11:00 am, and Saturday, 7–10 am, and 4-6 pm.


The hourly rate for this position is $13 per hour.
